I am a very hard working individual, able to work on my own and show initiative, or work as part of a team. I am friendly and easy to get along with and consider myself to be an outgoing person. I am not afraid to try new things as it helps me to gain further experience. I consider myself to be dedicated and always put 100% into the tasks I am given. I have worked as a nanny, nurseries and also along side a childminder and have over 10 years of childcare experience with all different ages from babies to 10 year olds. I make learning fun by planning day to day activities and planning fun outings.
