Hello, my names Katy and i am 23 years old. I am kind, patient, loving and caring, have good time keeping skills and am very organised and tidy. I have been working in a nursery for 6 years, 4 years in the Preschool room (3-4 years) and a year in the Toddler room (1-2 years) where i am room leader as present. I regularly look after my 2 nephews and niece, aged 8, 3 and 1 who i love dearly and also have 3 cousins, who are 3, 2 and 1 who i look after also. I love having fun with the children, teaching them new things e.g. numbers, colours, songs etc. I enjoy doing creative activities with the children to encourage their skills, this may include messy play e.g. gulp. I have good knowledge about baby weaning as have helped my sister wean all 3 of her children. I have worked in a nursery from 2013-present, working with 3-4 years and currently in the 1-2 years room as room leader and have had time in the baby room also learning the routines. I have a full DBS check, I am first aid trained and emergency first aid trained, have a clean drivers licence and have my own car so can be flexible with distances.
