I have worked in childcare for nearly 20 years. I have two sons of my own (3/8) I have worked in many nursery and school settings and have also done a lot of support work for children with special needs! I have been childminding for 6 years and started off with early years but now just provide before and after school care as well as holiday care and baby sitting. I have an NVQ in level 3 as well as been on various training courses. I was graded “good” with OFSTED with only one recommendation to reach outstanding.
