I am currently working at the UKs leading early years providers; Busy bees. I have been working with the company for 5 years but began my early years education around 8 years ago. Whilst located at my current workplace, I have managed to work my way up to become the Assistant manager and also the preschool room manager. As well as the above mentioned roles, I am also the designated safeguard lead (DSL). The DSL should take lead responsibility for safeguarding and child protection including online safety. I believe that I am enthusiastic and passionate about my job, always seeking opportunities to learn more. My position allows me to deliver early years education that empowers and inspires children- whilst giving them the best start in life. Qualifications: I currently hold a childcare diploma and up to date safeguarding training- including DSL training. I am trained in paediatric first aid, and also first aid at work. In regards to my office responsibilities, I hold GCSEs in English and maths and other subjects.
