Hello, My name is Katherine and I am a secondary English Teacher. I have a lot of experience in caring for children of a variety of ages; at the age of 18 I started to spend my summers in America at summer camps where I was responsible for young campers aged between 4 - 18. This was a 24/7 job where our responsibilities stretched throughout the entire day and throughout the night. It was in America where I qualified as a lifeguard with the American Red Cross, so I was also responsible for their safety in on the water front. More recently, I have qualified with my PGCE and QTS (Qualified teacher status) at the University of York and have been teaching secondary English at school on the outskirts of York. As school starts in September, I am completely free during the summer holidays to care for your child/ren.
