Hi, My name is Karen. I am a Mum to 3 children, my youngest is 18. I have basic Welsh language skills. My Experience: I worked in primary schools from 2011 - 2021. I have worked with children who have additional needs. I am a Level 3 Teaching Assistant and completed my contract at the end of the Summer term 2021 having decided to change direction into Nannying. As a trained Teaching Assistant I am able to assist with homework, and to make and adapt resources to meet your child's needs. I am experienced in looking after children with food allergies. *** I am available for some evenings/over night and weekend work on an ad hoc basis. *** My relevant qualifications are: STLS Level 3 Diploma. Courses/certificates: Fully enhanced DBS, Level 3 Paediatric First Aid trained, Food Hygiene and Safety - Level 2, Health and Safety - Level 2, Safeguarding, Introduction to home based childcare with Pacey Cymru, British Sign Language level 1.
