Hi. I'm Kal and I currently work at a language school here in Edinburgh, but originally hail from Columbus, Ohio. I pride myself of being kind, thoughtful, funny and adventurous; and channel that when I'm spending time with kids. I have worked in various childcare atmospheres, but my more prominent experience comes from working at a US summer camp for six years. During that time, I have spent time with kids aged 6-17. I have also been a nanny for two years for two teens, one with a developmental delay. I also nannied for a different family of a five year old during the day when the teens were in school. I understand that not everyone is the same, people think and want different things. With that, it's important that when approaching kids about various activities and emotions, each one receives unique, tailored-to-them service and I think that I can deliver that. I'm qualified, I'm enthusiastic, and I'm happy to entertain. I do work during the day from 08:30-17:00, but if anyone needs a date night or a weekend break, I'm your girl!
