I have 3 grown up children of my own. 2 of my boys have got a.d.h.d. and i have got 2 step daughters and 1 grandchild who is 5. I have worked in a residential care home for 16 years and worked my way up to work with the schools speech and language therapists and occupational therapists. A month ago i was made redundant and i still want to work with children but not in a residential setting. While my sons where growing up, i worked as a childminder and also i have worked in the youth service. I like to keep myself busy and have always done lots of activities and new experiences with my own children.
