Hello, I'm Joanne and I am 22, looking to find a babysitting role. My availability is on weekends and weekdays after 6.30pm depending on location. -First aid training -Level 3 health and social care -Baby sign language course - Distinction I am kind, caring, fun and very hard working. I have been in my current job for the past 2.5 years where I completed my Level 3 Diploma for the early years workforce (Early years educator). I have since gone on to be the room leader of the baby room and I have been in my new role for just over a year. Some of my daily roles are to follow each individual childs needs (sleep, bottles, food), provide a safe and enabling environment for them to grow and develop in, set up a range of different activities that link to the EYFS (I love to get messy and have lots of fun) and to support children in all their areas, encouraging them to take on challenges and gain self confidence. I am very passionate about my role and take pride in the work that I do as the rewards from it are no better feeling! I have also had experience baby sitting for my 4 nieces and nephews up to the age of 8 who I love to spend time with.
