Hello! My name is Joanna, I am 20 years old and I'm currently a Kent University student. My childcare experience tends to be less formal and more voluntary. I used to help out in church with Sunday school, organizing activities and taking care of the toddlers. I was a babysitter for a lovely 4 year old girl for approximately a year. My job included: finding activities to do with her, feeding and bathing her, putting her to bed. I also have experience as a volunteer taking care of the elderly with dementia. These jobs have taught me the importance of flexibility, creativity, patience and positivity when taking care of others.
