I am Joanna aged forty five, and i gained experience caring for children through babysitting, when I was a teenager, and word of mouth from the families allowed me to pick up more jobs, which was great for my confidence and proved I was caring and trustworthy. I did a work experience placement in a nursery, during my High School year and, I have worked within a childcare environment over a number of years in the past, which included a crèche and soft play area. I also have a son who is twenty years of age.
