I'm Jess, qualified and experienced in childcare. I work in school and nurseries and have many years being a Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner and experience in a SEN provision. Before I worked with children I worked with SEN&D adults many with high individual support needs and challenging behaviour in Day Centres, Hospital and in the community. I believe children and their family's deserve to feel safe, understood and cared for, I fully understand from a personal perspective as I have two of my own children with SEN, there is nothing more important that trusting the people that are with your precious children. I am dedicated to provide a child-centred approach, that puts the needs of the children first.
