I have worked in a range of settings including a private nursery, volunteering at primary and secondary schools and most recently nannying for a high profile family for over 7.5 years. Throughout my professional career, I have developed over 12 years experience supporting children, young people and their families. I have gained insight throughout my career of theoretical perspectives and legislation by ensuring my own personal training development in order to support the development, and overall wellbeing of children in my care. I encourage children to be strong, independent learners by providing suitable activities to support their individual developmental needs and interests in a calm and flexible manner.
