Over the last three years I have been gaining experience and developing my skills in working as a Teaching Assistant. I believe I continue to be an enthusiastic, organised and reliable employee. I especially enjoyed my time working on a pilot project with the Cambridgeshire county council and the specialist teaching team. This position allowed me to build on the strengths I have already obtained and further stretch my abilities in adapting to new situations. Various placements have allowed me in particular to work on my patience, adaptability and creativity. I recently returned from a three month trip in South Africa where I volunteered in several different educational environments which was an incredibly humbling experience that has given me motivation to explore other avenues in which to study in the near future. I love working with children and am looking to help out others whilst earning some money and figuring out what I want to do in the future.
