In my 12 years of childcare I have always worked with children. I have a great knowledge and understanding of how children learn and develop and how to help them to do this. Children learn best through play and experiencing new things first hand. I take the children out to a variety of places; walks, parks, woodland adventures, toddler/playgroups, occasional soft play trips, museums to name a few. I take great pride in my work and continually try to better myself undertaking training and peer observations with other childminders.
