I care for two children aged 2 and 5 on some weekends and during school holidays. I take them to different places allowing them to explore a variety of settings such as parks, forests and riversides, providing them with opportunities to observe and experience nature safely. In addition to this, this has allowed me to develop my confidence working with a younger child whereby I have the responsibility of feeding, cleaning and changing him. In addition to this I care for a child with special needs, where I take her out for activities, feed her and take her to the toilet. I previously looked after two children daily, aged 9 and 11 where I picked them up from school and looked after them until late evening. This experience allowed me to develop my behaviour management, authority and communication skills.
