Hey, my name is janaya and I’m 22 years old. I’m a young enthusiastic and energetic young lady. I’ve had 2 years experience in the childcare sector. I am a qualified level 2 childcare assistant. I’ve also qualified in heath and social care both level 2 and 3. I’ve got a certificate in introduction to psychology and counselling. I’m also currently studying healthcare management at a university based in central London, I will be going into my second year very shortly. I have a positive impact on the children’s lives. When I used to work for an agency, they would always locate me to many different ones, my work rate was so outstanding, they would always ask my mangers if they could have me for the following day or week. Sometimes they would ask me if I could work at their nursery permanently.
