I am a level 2 qualified nursery worker, working along side 1-2 year old as a deputy senior/stepping senior. I have worked in my nursery for just over 2 years. I have a lot of experience with all ages ranging from 6 months-4 years as I was previously working in all rooms based at my nursery. I adore my job, there is no better feeling of being able to help a child grow. The most rewarding job watching them develop into mini adults, however I think it is time for me to try a different aspect of childcare and see what else is out there for me.
