I come from a large family, nine siblings older and younger. I've looked after younger ones of close family and friends for many years, spent some time as a teaching assistant, in college I ran fitness sessions in a local primary school. Becoming a Dad to a wonderful daughter has motivated me more than ever to care for and develop children's health, fitness, wellbeing and life skills.
