I am a hardworking and motivated 18-year-old who is currently studying Geography and Business at the University of Nottingham. I previously attended Sir William Perkins’ secondary school where I completed my GCSEs and A-level examinations. Over the summer I was an au pair for a family which two of the children have severe disabilities. This was a very rewarding job, one of which is very different to my past jobs but it taught me to be flexible, whilst maintaining enthusiasm, patience and commitment and I would love to continue work in that area. I have also babysat for local children for a number of years, demonstrating my reliability, trustworthiness and ability to deal with children of different ages. For the last 2 years I have been a part time tennis coach at Walton tennis club teaching children aged 4 years to 15 years. Accomplished communication skills, both written and verbal as well as strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to take the initiative and work well under pressure developed through my work placement at Sweaty Betty.
