Hello, my name is Isha, I am 21 years old and I’m a girl from Jaipur, India, During all my childhood and adolescence I have taken care of children, this has given me patience and order also dedicated to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel safe and encouraged to explore and grow. With a strong foundation in early childhood education, I use imaginative play and hands-on activities to support each child's development. Although as I’m grown up in a large family in which I have always had to take care of my cousins and younger siblings, thanks to this I have lot of experience from years ago. So my approach emphasizes empathy, patience, and positive reinforcement, helping children build confidence and essential skills. I am committed to working closely with families to create a cohesive and supportive care experience that promotes the well-being and happiness of every child. I learned good English, indeed I m looking for a family to start as soon as possible or for occasional days. Also I have the certificate of volunteer work with NGO organisation in India called NIDS- SATYA where I did a work with children’s and old citizens.
