Izzy starting working with us when our daughter was 4 months old. We were just learning how to be parents much less knowing the ropes and she was loving and flexible with our daughter and incredibly organised and fun with her as well. We could count on her and she was so thoughtful and adventurous - ensuring that our daughter was happy and active. I went back to work and she made the transition very easy. She has kept in touch and even come back to visit. The only reason she stopped working with us is because she went back to school and we are pleased to hear she will now be using her skills to become a teacher. I am american and without family locally, I knew my daughter was in good hands- and with the regular pictures from my daughters day that Izzy would send, I also got to feel like I wasn't too far when I was back at work.
