I have been working with kids for the past 5 years on a voluntary basis (aged 5-11 years) and have worked for the past year on a project with vulnerable children aged 10-16 years where I run a cafe which provides free activities and food as part of the free school meals scheme. I have also tutored children aged 9-13 years old in Maths and English (whether this be homework help or lessons tailored to the child’s needs). All of this has been alongside my A-levels where I have studied Maths and further Maths, giving me a understanding meaning I am also capable of tutoring at GCSE level if required. In general, I just enjoy trying to make sure kids have fun!
