I currently work as a cover teacher / teaching assistant, in a veriety of secondary schools around the Newcastle post codes. I volunteered at a local Primary Schools after school activities for 2 years where I aided in taking care of the children (feeding, toilet help for young children, playing, homework help, entertainment, behaviour management, etc.), in addition to general housekeeping tasks (taking out the rubbish, setting up toys/furniture, filling in incident reports, admin work, basic cleaning, etc.). I am fully DBS checked, nor do I have any convictions. I've worked on summer Schools with children and teenagers. I hold positions of responsibility within my university community. Due to living in a flat surrounded by student accommodation, I will be taking care of children/teens outside of my own space: opting for the parent's home or a community area such as a park or attraction.o
