In 2023, I volunteered at a children’s charity in a township in Plettenberg Bay, South Africa. I spent my time helping the children with schoolwork, play time activities and learning new skills. I also cooked light meals for them when needed and involved myself in activities like arts and crafts, dancing and music. I have 2.5 years experience working in a care home for young adults with mental and physical disabilities, I am DBS certified and first aid trained through this work. I was a dance teacher from 16, teaching an all range of ages between 3 to 18. I also grew up babysitting for friends children and neighbours, and own a dog and hamster so am very confident and loving with pets.
