I am a university student looking for part time work either nannying or babysitting in my local area. I have extensive experience and knowledge in caring for children, from age 0-14. I love working with children which I think stems from being the eldest in my family as I was always on hand to look after my siblings or cousins. Growing up, I regularly coached afterschool clubs (volunteering as part of sports leaders programs with school as well as in a paid capacity). These would typically involve children aged 6-11. I have also been an assistant coach in a holiday camp looking after children aged 5-11, coaching specific activities, caring for pastoral needs, giving them lunch and supervising free play. I am a qualified nanny who has completed a paediatric first aid course and has been dbs checked. In this role, I was responsible for pick ups and drop-offs, cooking, bedtime, devising play activities, homework help and light housework tasks. Specifically, as well I have babysat frequently for one family since the child was around 18 months to 3 years and seeing her grow up has been so fulfilling, and recently I have also had the privilege to look after her newborn sibling!!
