Hi, my name is Helen and I am fully qualified in childcare and young people development with diploma, I have a strong experience of working with children of all age groups. I have worked in a nursery as a head of room and nursery nurse assistant. I also have volunteered at a primary school as teaching assistant while I was completeling my child care course. My duties included caring for children on a daily basis such as one to one support, keeping children engaged in activities, reading stories and making sure the classroom is clean and tidy. I am reliable, hard working and I have calm personality. I have always enjoyed working with children, I have the qualities and the skills to work in a early years setting. My ambition is to support children and young people's learning development in all of the areas. I am very patient towards managing children's behaviour by and can use my professional strategy as for individual individuals.
