I am currently studying a primary education degree and within this I complete placements in both nurseries and primary schools. During these placements I realised my passion for childcare, and I am now seeking work in this area, beyond my degree. I have the skills to nurture children in academic learning but also social, emotional and physical development as well. As a future teacher, I can create spaces or activities that foster a child’s overall growth—promoting care, safety, and emotional well-being. Part of my studies also focus on understanding how to care for children who have unique needs, whether they are physical, emotional, or cognitive so I am able to cater to specific needs.
