I am an registered childminder with over 15 years experience working with children. I have previously worked as a nursery nurse and nanny I have a son who was born in May 2014 and a son who was born in December 2018 I decided to become a childminder to combine being with my children everyday and continuing with a job I love. I enjoy helping children to learn and develop to the best of their ability, and feel proud to be a part of their lives. I believe that children learn best through play, so I try to make activities fun. I am a very caring, reliable and trustworthy person. I used to be a nursery nurse and worked in a day nursery for 5 years, then I became a nanny. I was a nanny for 7 years before starting childminding in 2016 I am first aid trained and have an up to date DBS check as well as childcare qualifications
