Welcome to Mindfulness Childcare we are located in the beautiful New Bold estate where I live with my long-term partner, our 7-year-old Daughter and 3 year old Springer Spaniel Finn. I offer a home from home childcare setting offering care Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm. I have a huge emphasis on health and well-being. I know the importance of happiness and well-being and know from first-hand experience the impact of a child's happiness on their learning and development. Daily activities include outdoor play, yoga and activities to help children deal with and learn about their feelings and emotions. I work closely with parents to plan activities around the children's likes and interests to cover all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) I pride myself on getting to know the children and families in my care to help me plan not only great personal activities, but also offer experiences which will they will remember for years to come. I know each child learns and develops at different levels which is why I adapt my activities to the individual child.
