I am currently a residential support worker for children in care. I have 2 years experiance working in this field. I enjoy it very much! I am 21 years old, which may sound young but in my experience has worked in my favor as children tend to enjoy having me on the shifts as I'm relatable to them in some cases. I am working towards my NVQ level 3 children care. I am wanting to eventually start my own business but until then i'm more than happy to look after children.
