I have worked with children and families for almost 10 years in numerous settings: nurseries, schools, babysitting, foster care and nannying. I am a very compassionate person and I believe that is what makes me so suited to working with children. Through my education and experience I have managed to understand the emotional needs of children and how I can use my knowledge as an adult to help support their understanding of the wide world. I have a deep understanding of child development and can confidently use this to plan activities and tailor the way I engage with different aged children to ensure I am providing exactly what they need. I have built strong relationships with families over the years which allows for consistent quality care for the children.
