I have been a camp counsellor in America for the last 3 summers - I was assigned with the 8-9 year old age group in which myself and my co-counsellor looked after 10 girls for 8 weeks. This included getting them up and ready in the mornings, assisting with every meal time, organising fun activities to do during the day and at night, looking after them on trips and days out, assisting with shower time, getting them ready for bed and generally just being there for them whenever they needed me to be.
