I have been working in a private nursery for 5 months in the baby room since gaining my level 3 early year’s qualification. Previously I did my training in a nursery school with children from 2-4 years. I absolutely love watching children develop and grow into their own unique personalities, and support their development through providing fun and engaging activities with children. I believe it is important that children feel loved and cared for in an environment that they feel safe in. I also think it’s important to build a strong relationship and partnership with children and families in order to provide the best care for children. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile.
