Experience and qualifications: - BA in Primary Education with QTS status (included Experience with SEND) - Nanny - Running church crèche - Rainbow and Brownie leader - Babysitting - Retail (sales manager) - BAPN membership - Nanny insurance. Since October 2020 I have been working as a nanny for a family with 3 boys (10, 4 and 2yrs old). I have played with the children, encouraged physical development, reading and writing skills, read stories, baking, artwork.. as well as taking them to after school activities, the library, parks, music class, toddler groups, playdates and swimming and to medical appointments. I have also undertaken general nursery duties including potty training, bottle feeding and weaning, bathing, shopping, laundry, cooking healthy meals, cleaning.. The role has also included occasional babysitting and going on holiday with the family. For the year and 1/2 prior to my current position I volunteered in France at a monastery welcoming young people from around the world. As the visitors came from worldwide I became comfortable with working with people of varying levels and types of communication. During university I was a part time nanny for a 3yr girl and 5yr autistic boy for approx. 8 months.
