I have been and early years practitioner for 25 years 16 years as a manager. Before that I ran my own play group for 5 years before coming to UK. I have 5 of my own children ( grown now) and 7 grandchildren ranging from 1-11. I have also child minded for a family with 2 girls for 8 years, which entailed overnight care sometimes 2 weeks. I have just finished working in a pre school for 6 years. I am fully qualified level 3 and have first aid ( paediatric ) and CRB check, and have done numerous courses.
