For the last 4 years, I have worked at a Montessori nursery providing care to children age 3 months -5 years. Roles at this job included: meal times, changing nappies, nap time, playing with the children, forest school, teaching independence, communicating with parents. I have also worked in a range of other childcare settings such as at an after school crèche (children age 5-8), swim teaching (children age 6-10) and I have worked within a variety of children’s wards in hospital. My hobbies include: Swimming- I swam competitively for 7 years and now enjoy open water swimming in the sea! Baking - I enjoy making cakes and biscuits, one of my favourite activities at the nursery was to cook with the children.
