The majority of my eight years of experience in education and private childcare came from a school that progressed from special measures to 'primary school of the year' during my service, in which, I have been responsible for the care of children with a variety of special educational needs including emotional and behavioural difficulties. This prepared me to be a patient and professional practitioner across all early years and primary school classrooms I have had the pleasure of working in. Every Tuesday, I will be attending the final year of my education degree and am looking forward to working with more families through babysitting and/or tutoring, as I can organise this around my studies. Former colleges have referred to me as 'mother duck' due to the rapport I have developed with children through lively enthusiasm and creative ideas that aim to make every moment a teachable one.
