My name is Georgia and I am 25 years old. I am currently studying my masters degree in product design at the Royal College of Art however I have a background in working with children in many different capacities which I have found infinitely rewarding! I am looking for part time childcare employment. For the past 2 years, since graduating I worked as a Learning Support Assistant in a low functioning autistic unit at a primary school in Hounslow. Ensuring the SEN children can access every part of the curriculum and school life. The role required planning and patience, plus an ability to adapt creatively to childrens needs. I was also a play scheme worker at the after school club which was a mix of, up to 30 mainstream and SEN children, planning and creating exciting art and outdoor activities as well as providing a meal. I am also a artist for the award winning charity Create, leading playful, fun art workshops for vulnerable groups such as young carers. Previously, I worked for 6 years with numerous families in my local area providing evening and holiday babysitting support.
