Hi, my name is Gemma and I have been in childcare for over 20 years. I was a private nanny for many years before I started my own family and then transitioned into childminding when I had my first child. I live with my family in South Lowestoft, me and my husband have two girls, 6 and 15. I currently work in a primary school as a nurture and pastoral lead which I absolutely love, this involves supporting children with their mental health. I also have a degree in childcare.
