I have been in my current role for 6 years working as a nanny, looking after 2 children now aged 8 and 12. I have sole responsibility of the children. My job involves doing the school runs, taking the children to after school activities, proving age appropriate activities in the holidays, cooking and cleaning for the children also some light housework. Before working as a nanny I worked in a day nursery where I was room leader for the pre school room. I have also worked as a nanny for another family who's child were 4 and 6 months when I started. I was with this family for 4 years. I had sole responsibility of the children and my role included school runs, nursery runs, cooking and cleaning for the children, proving appropriate activities, and some light housework.
