I am a highly experienced, degree qualified maternity nurse, paediatric sleep consultant and parent educator with a BSc (First Class Hons) in Early Childhood Studies from the University of Bristol. I have particular expertise in overnight care for newborns, assessing their sleep patterns and enabling parents to develop routines for their babies that do not follow the ‘one size fits all’ approach. At the same time, whilst I take full responsibility for baby’s care, parents are able to get a much needed night’s sleep. I am a certified Paediatric Sleep Practitioner, which enables me to assess your baby or child and create a sleep training program for you to follow to help your child to sleep soundly through the night. In my role as a newborn consultant, I give parents the support that they need to gain confidence in caring for their newborn.
