I lived and worked as an au pair in Italy for two different families. The first family was looking after a 9 year old and the second family was 3 boys newborn to 3 years old. I studied Health and Social Care at Nottingham Trent University, during this time I volunteered at a children's organisation, I learnt how to communicate with various age groups and also how to use empathy during calls. During my school years I worked in nurseries and schools and I have babysat many children while I studied. I am a very enthusiastic and reliable individual. I am passionate about pursuing a career with children and in the future would love to become a professional maternity nanny. I am currently going through Ofsted requirements.
