My experience includes helping out with homework and school craft projects, playing games, reading bedtime stories and listening to children reading aloud. I really enjoy building relationships with the children I babysit and love thinking of creative ways to keep them happy and entertained. Encouraging children with reading who find it particularly difficult is something I have experience in and feel passionate about. I have also experience in working at an after school club helping children between the age of 4-16 with mathematics and English. I have learnt how to work with more challenging behaviours, ignoring the negative and praising the positives. As a graduate I can also benefit your child assisting in mathematics which is my specialities. I also have 4 niece and nephews aged 3-11 and help them with their homework’s and school projects. I have a full driving licence and own a car, so I can assist with school drop off and pick up’s. I am looking for employment for a year, as I need more experience with children before applying for a Post Graduate Teaching in Education, in which I am hoping to become a teacher. I am a good listener, sympathetic and empathic.
