am extremely patient, understanding, a quick learner, hands on, loyal and I have fantastic communication skills. With my younger brother being autistic, I have developed a great understanding for the disability and I have gone into a SEN LSA role at Columbus School & College. Being involved in this job has really widened my knowledge about different disabilities and of each end of the spectrum. I have experience working with children whom have ADHD, Autism, cerebral palsy and speech delay.
