I have spent the past 9 years working as a nanny across London for various families to provide them with the support they needed to carry out their lives effectively, in which I gained experience in all areas of caring for children and toddlers; observing them to identify individual support need. I feel it is important that children are cared for with a firmness tempered by lots of laughter. I am also extremely responsible and aware, and know the fundamental importance of routine for happy, balanced youngsters.
