I hold an enhanced DBS. My passion has always been to work with children. I am currently studying at Durham University to graduate as a primary school teacher. I am at placement within a primary school every Thursday. I previously worked in a special needs school as a receptionist for 2 years and have a lot of experience around different ages of children and teens. I have recently completed up to date safeguard training as I am a team leader for the charity CATSS. The charity allows underprivileged children to attend organized day trips. I have previously been a mentor for Children’s North East charity. I was paired with a vulnerable child to work on their personal issues and be a supportive role model in their life. This was extremely rewarding.
