I am an enthusiastic, bubbly, personable young woman who has a passion for working with children! I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, and Family Studies at the University of British Columbia in Canada back in 2014. I have always possessed a passion in working with people, specifically in family dynamics, and child development. Previous to moving to Edinburgh, I was employed by the Ministry of Children and Family Development on a part-time basis to work as a Behavioural Interventionist in the homes of families that have children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. I spent 5+ years tutoring and babysitting children of all ages while in University, and spent several summers volunteering in a daycare back in secondary school. I spent a few years working as a Manager in a children's shop in Stockbridge, where we did personalised shoe-fitting, and haircuts for infants. I have references from my current employers, the parents of children whom I babysit, and the parents of an Autistic child whom I worked with for three years. I currently work 5 full days a week but I am available all evenings after 6 pm.
