Over the past few years, I've gained hands-on experience in nurseries and as a babysitter, honing my childcare skills and understanding of children's development. I engaged with kids of various ages, creating activities and ensuring a nurturing environment. A highlight was volunteering in a nursery in Africa, which exposed me to diverse cultures and reinforced my passion for early childhood development. Additionally, I worked in a special needs school, learning adaptive communication and tailored support. From January to May 2024, I nannied for two girls, handling school pickups, after-school clubs, dinner prep, and occasional bath and bedtime routines. I organized daily 'fairy gem hunts' as positive reinforcement for good behavior. Currently studying psychology, which covers child development, I'm passionate about creating enriching environments that foster imagination, creativity, and growth. Above all, I believe that feeling safe and loved is the foundation for children to thrive.
