I have worked with children of ages 0-18 since I was 16. I have experience working in different sectors such as nurseries, schools, SEN, residential care, babysitting and with my own family. I have always been passionate about working with children, inspiring them and encouraging them to have an opportunistic independent life. I am up to date with safeguarding regulations and make it a vital part of my role. I have experience in working with trauma based behaviours, families and other relevant professionals to support. I am a fun loving enthusiastic person that likes to brighten up a room by using playfulness and laughter. I enjoy crafting, sporty activities and using my initiative to ensure children are learning and having fun at the same time. I can have a firm hand but very fair.
